Management skills enable an individual to become a successful leader. Various levels of competencies must be present to lead an organization. But the question is how the individual discovers the skills that make him an efficient leader. That is possible if he undergoes certain evaluations. As for me, the assessments based on managing conflict, motivating employees, communicating supportively, and gaining power influence have helped me know more about my management skills. In this paper, a comprehensive analysis is conducted after all four assessments have been completed. The scores obtained in all four assessments would either highlight my strengths or weaknesses in managing an organization.
